Colorado Fruit Designs began when Chef Willy Tuz, working as a Banquet Manager at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Grand Junction, Colorado, noticed special events were missing a unique finishing touch.

 

Combining his passion for fruit and vegetable carving with skills developed while working on cruise ships around the world, he began creating custom fruit carving displays that quickly became the highlight of weddings, corporate events, and celebrations.

 

That passion grew into a nationally recognized brand known for custom fruit carvings, pumpkin carvings, chocolate-covered fruit, and stunning event displays.

 

Willy Tuz is a finalist on Food Network’s Halloween Wars and Outrageous Pumpkin Carving Competition, and the company’s work has been featured in major media outlets including Food Network, The Denver Post, and Disney+.

 

Today, Colorado Fruit Designs provides custom edible centerpieces, seasonal carvings, and nationwide shipping, helping clients create unforgettable events with edible art.
